Can my clients create change order request from the portal?

Your clients will have the ability to create a Change Order Request from their client portal account if you have given them permission. Within Project > Settings > Client Access, you will have the ability to set the default settings that apply to all projects. Those defaults are then carried over to the Project record within the Client Access tab. If the box "Create a New CO" is checked, your client will be able to create a new Change Order Request. They will do so by logging into their Client Portal account and clicking on the Financial tab and clicking the the Submit Change Order button. You will then recieve an email notification and the pending CO will be visible in your account for your review.
