How can I import cost codes from Excel into Contractor Foreman?

To import cost codes into Contractor Foreman by Excel, please go to the Menu and choose Settings. From here choose Cost Codes. You will see an Action drop down on the top left. Click it and then choose Import Cost Codes (From File). The template header that exists within the Template should also exists within your uploaded document. We do not require your codes to have a Parent or Child #, but the column must exists (even if blank values are within it). If the value already exists, it will be ignored and a duplicate will not be created. In the event that an import was later found to have errors or needed to be deleted, you can click on the Action menu within the Cost Codes page and click on Previous Imports. You will then see a list of imports that can be deleted to undo the recent import.
