How can I restrict the cost codes that are displayed when using the Timecard feature?

Within the Cost Codes module, you can edit the detail of each Cost Code and select whether or not it should be a Time Card only Cost Code. The advantage of this is that it helps reduce the number of Cost Codes that your employees will see which reduces the risk of them selecting the wrong Cost Code. You can also use Project Based Cost Codes will further reduce the amount of codes that appear. Additionally, you can modify the settings so that only Cost Codes for that project that are classified as Labor will appear. This is a Setting in Time Cards > Settings.
