How do I add or modify line items and quantities to a Work Order if it has already been Approved?
A Work Order cannot be edited once it is approved as this is done through a process of submitting the Work Order to the client and the client approving it. But if changes need to be made, change the status of the Work Order to Bidding. Once it is changed, it is just like any other Work Order before submission.
Once that is completed, edit the Work Order and make the changes necessary and Submit it to the client once again for approval.
