How do I enter Terms & Conditions for a Work Order and why is this beneficial?

To enter Terms & Conditions, go to the Menu and select Work Orders. Once on this page, on the top right, click the Gear icon to enter Settings. Here under Terms & Conditions, add the Terms & Conditions pertaining to the Work Order by entering Edit mode which is the pencil icon in green. The benefit of having Terms & Conditions is to set any required items like payment terms, time of work at jobsite, after hour rules and everything that needs to be added will be added here.
