How do I make a copy of all the Incidents and Employee Write-ups for my HR files?

To make a copy of all the Incidents and Employee Write-Ups, from the Menu, go to Reports and then choose Incidents & Employee Write-Ups. Here, choose Incident by Date and Employee Write Ups by Employee separately and generate the reports needed to keep on HR files.
