How do I send a Bid Notification or Request to bid from the Estimate?
To send a Bid Notification, go to the Menu and select Estimates and choose the Estimate with the Bid Package. Make sure the Bid is in Final or Submitted stage. Go to the Bidders section and select Send ITB to invite people to Bid. Make sure in the Bidders section, there are a few Bidders that have been added so the email can be sent.
