How do I set the default format of report to PDF?
Report formats can be set right before generating a report to Excel, CSV or PDF. Whenever you choose the criteria for the report, you should find a radio button on the bottom that asks if it is a PDF, Excel or CSV and you can make the choice there.
To go to reports, please go to the Menu and choose Reports.
