How do I track the hours spent on a specific Service Ticket?

You can track the hours spent on a specific Service Ticket by clocking in and out of it. To do this, you will first need to enable the option within Time Card > Settings > Enable Clock into a Service Ticket. Once checked, your employees will now see an option on the Employee Time Card that allows them to select a Service Ticket. To do so, open the Service Ticket in question and under Service Notes, you will see Clock Into this Ticket and that should help track hours. Once completed, click Clock Out to finish.
