What is Dispatch: Map & Calendar used for?
It is designed to geographically show the information on a map. This helps to understand the proximity of the service calls in relation to another service call. This visual representation helps navigate the day easily.
If it helps to conceptualize, this is a different perspective to the information that is already present in the Service Tickets module.
