What is the benefit of using Schedule of Values?
Schedule of Values is a baseline of your Invoicing. It is what all your invoices will be created from. It will also contain all Change Orders and Work Orders as they are Approved and track how much has been Billed for each line item and how much is remaining per line item. All Invoices are created from your Schedule of Values (SOV) using the 3 Dot menu item. There is no need to go to the Invoice Module to create an Invoice when using the SOV.
From the contract price, start date, end date and all the expenses that the project incurred could be found in the Schedule of Values. All the approved fixed price, approved budgets, Invoices, Payments, Bills, Work Orders, and Change Orders will be found here.
