To add a Discount on a Purchase Order, go to the Menu and select Purchase Orders and select the PO you would like to edit to make the change. Go into Edit mode, which is the pencil icon on the top right and then on the Details tab, and choose the Add Item to Purchase Order drop down and then select Add Discount to add a discount.
