How do I generate a bill from a Purchase Order or Sub Contract?

To import an expense into the Bill, please go to the Bill and click the pencil icon on the top right to make changes. From the "Add Item to Bill" drop down, choose Import from Purchase Order or Sub Contract" and import the expense into the Bill. These are two separate options that can be chosen individually.
