Yes, the client portal can be fully customized and can be previewed. To preview, to go the Project and click on the Client Access tab. Under here, you can select Preview to see how it will look for the client.

The Document Writer does allow you to insert merge fields (such as a contractors or customers name) and you can add an underline to serve as a place to sign. But currently, a signature cannot be collected online and inserted into the document.

Yes, the client can pay their invoices online as long as the associated Contractor Foreman account is set up with WePay integration. If this is not done already, you can do it in Integration settings.
